AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
All
Mountain Transportation earned the Vail
Valley Partnership's Platinum Service Award during the 2007/2008
and 2008/2009 seasons. This award is granted in recognition of providing
Outstanding Customer Service. All Mountain Transportation is the
only transportation company to have earned this award in either
of these seasons.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO DRIVE!!!
When you book a transfer with All Mountain Transportation,
you are picked up by a friendly, professional who is skilled in
the art of winter driving. Driving in the high country can be stressful
as well as dangerous for someone not familiar with the area. Annually
over 37,000 accidents occur in Colorado and approximately 30% of
these accidents occur along the I-70 corridor. The number one cause
of accidents is related to inattentive driving (22.9%), the State
Patrol attributes many of these accidents to drivers admiring the
abundant and beautiful scenery. High country winter driving is best
left to trained professionals allowing you and your group to enjoy
the many beautiful vistas we have to offer.
YOU WON’T NEED A CAR ONCE YOU ARRIVE.
Most rental cars sit around and collect dust once
you arrive in the Vail Valley as Vail is home to the country’s largest
free bus system. This bus service is offered 6:00AM until 2:00AM
servicing the area between East Vail and West Vail. If you are staying
in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch or Arrowhead, you are entitled to
use the Village Transportation Service, formerly known as Dial-A-Ride,
simply call and a vehicle is dispatched to your location. Parking
is scarce in the Vail Valley and there are often fees associated
with valets and parking structures. In addition safety is always
a concern when driving in and around the resorts.
PRIVATE SERVICE CAN BE MORE ECONOMICAL
THAN A SHUTTLE SERVICE OR RENTAL CAR.
Although a private charter may not be the most
economical way for one person to travel, a family or group benefits
in many ways, including financially. The average shuttle from Denver
International is $63.00 / person and from Eagle it is $44.00 / person.
These rates do not include gratuity, so depending on the size of
your group traveling with AMT may be the same price or less expensive
than a shuttle service. The average price of a renting a 4-wheel
drive 5 passenger SUV is approximately $800.00 for a week. Additionally,
you will need to purchase gas and depending on where you are staying
a parking fee may be charged to your room. Both parking structures
in Vail charge to park during the winter season and parking is extremely
limited.
PRIVATE SERVICE ALLOWS FOR FLEXIBILITY
AND EFFICIENCY WHEN TRAVELING.
Not only is a limousine service able to pick you
up and depart on your schedule, we are able to offer complimentary
stops if necessary on the way to your destination. On departures
we are able to leave later than shuttles as you are riding alone
and do not have to stop to pick up other passengers on the way.
We can also leave earlier if you prefer, and we can drop at any
location in Denver, not just at the airport. You will never share
the vehicle with other travelers, which allows for the quickest
transfer possible. All Mountain Transportation allows pets; provided
they are in a car carrier and nowhere will you find a more reliable
and friendly staff to ensure your transportation needs are handled
professionally and perfectly.
